Staying Fit While WFH
Simple ways I stay fit while working from home:
- Getup every 1-2 hours
- Drink water every 1-2 hours
- Limit coffee to 1-2 cups per day
- Don’t sleep until i’ve walked a minimum of 5k steps
- Walk 10k steps a minimum 3 days per week
- Stretch for 5mins after waking up
- Stand for 3 hours per day
I don’t always stick to this 100% of the time. But I do work hard at consistency .
