Staying Fit While WFH

Simple ways I stay fit while working from home:

  • Getup every 1-2 hours
  • Drink water every 1-2 hours
  • Limit coffee to 1-2 cups per day
  • Donโ€™t sleep until iโ€™ve walked a minimum of 5k steps
  • Walk 10k steps a minimum 3 days per week
  • Stretch for 5mins after waking up
  • Stand for 3 hours per day

I donโ€™t always stick to this 100% of the time. But I do work hard at consistency .
